Robinson College Music Society (RCMS) invites instrumentalists to play in our annual Orchestral Concert in Lent Term on Friday 13th March. It has become a tradition, in recent years, for RCMS to organise an orchestral concert towards the end of Lent term, and to include musicians from Robinson as well as other colleges.
We are in deficit of brass players as well as a clarinet in A and strings. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you're interested!
The programme consists of Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor, I. (conducted by Nia Jones; soloist: Helena Dukić), Bartok's Transylvanian Dances and the Première of Daniel Tse's 'Classical’ Overture in G major.
The orchestra will meet on the following Monday evenings, from 7 pm to 9 pm, in Robinson College Chapel: 9 February | 16 February | 23 February | 2 March | 9 March.
