The College wishes to appoint a Director of Music. This is an exciting post which provides support, encouragement and continuity in the musical life of the college, with opportunities for the creative development of musical activities. The successful candidate will have considerable musical accomplishment, enthusiasm and energy, and appreciation of the need to work closely with the Chaplain, Chapel Choir, Organ Scholars and music groups within College. It is envisaged that the post may appeal to those with existing academic or musical commitments, or to a musician who has completed their postgraduate academic studies, but who may be seeking to consolidate or maintain a professional musical career. The post will require an average of 12 hours per week and to accompany the Choir on its annual tour. One year probationary period. Starting salary in the range of £10,000 to £12,000 per annum.
