PROPOSED PERFORMANCE FEE OF £150.</p> <p>The musicians would play on a balcony inside the entrance to the venue from 6.45 until 8pm. </p> <p>The ball will take place at Bourn Golf Club, located on the outskirts of the village of Bourn, on the B1046 about 5 miles from Junction 12 of the M11.
