Accompanist for Cambridgeshire Village Choir </p> <p>The Orwell Singers is a mixed choir with no audition and its members come from a fairly wide catchment area between Cambridge and Royston. (Orwell is just off the A603 near Wimpole Hall).</p> <p>The choir has been in existence for nearly 20 years and performs a wide repertoire of mainly light, secular music for enjoyment and performance, with concerts in July and December. Our next concert is on July 4th so it has an American theme, with works ranging from Aaron Copeland to Elvis Presley!</p> <p>We are looking for a person who would be able to rehearse with us on Monday evenings during school term times and to play for our concerts. They would need to enjoy all kinds of music and ideally be willing to take sectional rehearsals to help our conductor, Sally Beavis.
